What happens if I want to arrange a session? Do I need to commit myself straight away?
We will have an initial meeting for which I charge £ 40. The purpose of this meeting is for you to see whether you want to work with me. In case you want to work with me I will normally contract for an initial number of usually 6 sessions after which we hold a review.
How long does it take?
I offer both Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Counselling is more short-term and focussed on resolving a specific issue you want to address while Psychotherapy requires a long-term commitment in order to unravel the underlying patterns which cause certain problems to crop up in your life again and again.
It will be part of the therapeutic process to clarify what you want to get out of it and at which point you feel you got what you needed.
How much does it cost?
I charge £ 40 per session.
What happens if I have to cancel?
I will normally charge you for a session if you have to cancel. Nevertheless, I do not charge for holidays or cancellations which are prearranged for at least one week in advance.
